Lisa Moore is the Director of Development at PEF, responsible for leading fundraising strategies, building donor relationships, and securing resources that support the organization’s mission. She works closely with the board of directors, community partners, and donors to strengthen collaboration and advance PEF’s impact.

Before joining PEF, Lisa built a career in fundraising and developed a strong passion for helping children and young adults overcome difficult circumstances.

Lisa is married to Harry and is a proud mother of two, mother-in-law of two, and grandmother of two. A native Texan, she has accepted that UT now means Tennessee, but her loyalty remains with the Longhorns.

A lifelong sports fan, Lisa enjoys anything involving competition. She also loves reading, watching game shows, keeping up with celebrity gossip.
