College wasn't designed for adults with jobs, families, and complex lives. But Pathways Forward was.

Life happened. You started college with plans and dreams—maybe you completed a year, maybe two. But then financial pressures became overwhelming, family responsibilities took priority, work demands made it impossible to continue, or circumstances beyond your control derailed your plans. So you stopped. Now you're working a job that limits your income, your opportunities, your future. You've thought about going back, but the obstacles feel insurmountable: How do I even re-enroll after years away? Will my old credits still count? How will I afford it this time? Can I really balance school with my job and family? Here's the truth: You didn't fail the first time. And now, we can help you move froward.

Pathways Forward provides the personalized navigation you need to finish your degree. You'll work one-on-one with a Pathways Forward Mentor who understands YOUR unique situation—how many credits you've earned, what barriers prevented completion before, what's different now, and what obstacles remain. We'll help you navigate re-enrollment, maximize financial aid (including grants and scholarships specifically for returning adults), transfer the maximum number of credits, choose programs that fit your work schedule, and build a sustainable plan for balancing school with life. Your degree is closer than you think. We'll help you get there.

How it works

Step 1

Your Personalized Plan

We start by understanding YOUR unique situation: How many credits did you earn? What barriers prevented completion? What are your career goals? Then we create your personalized roadmap showing.

Step 2

Financial Navigation & Life Balance Planning

Your Mentor helps you complete the FAFSA, identify grants and scholarships for adult learners, explore employer tuition assistance, and create realistic budgets. We build a sustainable plan and backup plans for when life gets complicated.

Step 3

Ongoing Mentorship Until Graduation

Your Mentor stays with you from first semester to graduation day. You'll receive monthly check-ins, proactive problem-solving, and crisis navigation when challenges arise. When life happens, we help you adjust and keep moving forward.

What Makes Pathways Forward Different

Personalized Pathway Planning

We don't offer generic advice. Your Mentor creates a customized roadmap based on your credits, goals, schedule, and life circumstances—showing you exactly how long completion will take and what it will cost.

Financial Navigation

We help you understand your options, maximize federal and state aid, identify scholarships for adult learners, explore employer tuition assistance, and create realistic budgets that account for tuition AND life.

Re-Enrollment Support

We will help empower you to handle the bureaucracy—requesting transcripts, navigating transfer credit evaluations, and completing applications.

Work-Life Balance Planning

We help you build a sustainable plan: part-time enrollment strategies, online and evening course selection, time management for working adults, and backup plans for when life gets complicated.

Ongoing Mentorship Until Graduation

Your Mentor doesn't disappear after enrollment. Regular check-ins, proactive problem-solving, crisis navigation, and celebration of every milestone—from first semester to graduation day.
